The pump has a max drainage vertical height of 16.5 ft, so please do not exceed that height. Additionally, avoid bending or curling the drain hose too much, as it can overload the pump and influence its service life.

We recommend cleaning the filter at least once a month, or more frequently if used in a dusty place or operated frequently, like once a week. The 105 pint/day rating on the nameplate is the maximum effectiveness under 86℉ and 80% RH conditions, while the 163 pint/day is the maximum under 95℉ and 90% RH.

If the dehumidifier displays an E6 error and does not work, first check if the inlet and drain pipes are bent or blocked. Turn the unit off for 30 seconds, then back on. If the pump still doesn't work, you'll need to replace it, so please contact customer support.
